I’m a computer technician with a passion for science, technology, and self-reflection through writing. Growing up, I traveled extensively across the United States, living in Oregon, Washington, Virginia, Montana, and now Nebraska. Despite my frequent moves, the Pacific Northwest holds a special place in my heart. Seattle and Portland, despite their flaws, are my favorite cities in the country.

I served a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Philippines, where I learned the Hiligaynon language. A few years later, I’m now married to my wonderful wife and have an energetic two-year-old son.

With over six years of experience in hyper-scale data centers, I’ve worked on diverse networking and AI technologies. My career began at Amazon Web Services in eastern Oregon, where I then moved to Seattle. After finishing school, I started working at Meta, which has brought me out to the Midwest in Omaha, Nebraska.
