An Update to My Faith Crisis

Questions without Answers:

• Adam and Eve

  1. Human evolution?
  2. If humans come from Apes, then Adam and Eve had parents, then… idk just why?
  3. Were Adam and Eve even real people?
  4. Where is the garden of Eden?
  5. What happened to the tree of life?
  6. Lilith?
  7. Death before the fall (Prehistoric Life).
  8. If The Fall never happened.. then this whole story is fiction.
  9. Joseph Smith wrote a letter explaining that Adam and Eve were created on a different planet? What lol.

• Noah’s Ark

  1. Why did God deem it necessary to commit mass genocide of the entire human race?
  2. Where is the Ark?
  3. How did every species of animal live on the Ark for an entire year?
  4. How did every species make if off the Ark and travel back to their respective continents?
  5. No evidence of a global flood in geological history.

• Moses

  1. No historical writings of Joseph or Moses in Egypt.
  2. No evidence of the hebrews traveling for 40 years in the wilderness.
  3. Why did God harden Pharaohs heart over and over again? Just to prove His power?
  4. Why did Aaron construct a cow? (Because early depictions of YHWH was a calf).
  5. Why is the God of Moses so cruel?

• The lack of Free Will
  1. I am convinced we do not have free will and that the universe is determined.
  2. If there is no free will, can we sin?
